You are responsible for the username you choose and for keeping your account credentials safe. Impersonation, offensive names, and username squatting are not allowed and may result in removal.

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players.

Steal a Bird, including its name, code, artwork, UI design, and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of its developers and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

• You may not copy, clone, rebrand, decompile, or create derivative versions of the game, in whole or in part, for public or commercial use.
• You may not reproduce or redistribute the game's assets, source code, or design without prior written permission.
• Cloning, ripping, or republishing the game under a different name or ownership is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this section may result in serious consequences, including but not limited to permanent account termination, takedown requests to hosting or distribution platforms, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Virtual Items

In-game currency, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the game at any time without prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for players who violate these terms.
